LIFE KEEPS ROLLING ON
Hi everyone…
Seems hard to believe but I will be 70 this month…people who knew me in my youth wouldn’t have given me much hope of seeing 30…oh well I guess God does have a sense of humor after all…
And here we are at the 4th of July…it seems to mean more to me this year than ever before…I see our nation is on the right path again and like so many other despicables there is a renewed sense of optimism…we see every day how the swamp is resisting the return to good old American values…I am particularly concerned that many in the republican party are taking money from the likes of George Soros just to pad their war chest for reelection…anything to stay in power…yuck!!!! It must be sad to be that owned by the rich elite…
So I will continue to love my country…to be faithful to our values…and to resist the efforts of those who would choose to abandon the constitution for the sake of greed and power…
I heard something very instructional just the other day…it has long bothered me that there are those who will not engage in honest debate…why??? So here it is…if you are so committed to the fact you are absolutely right and there is no alternative you would consider then the possibility of critical thinking is impossible…sad!!!

Well if that don’t take the cake…I have been hearing a lot about Viking Bags…so I decided to check out the forums and guess what…not only are a bunch of people very unhappy with their products and service, but then I learn that they are made in Pakistan!!! Not the good old USA!!! Well for you Trumpsters out there I guess you know how I feel about that…

GRANDPARENT HEARTBREAK
Hey Bikers or Not
I got some terrible news yesterday. My friend from Jamestown HD in Sonora, CA lost his 11 year grandson in a dirt bike accident. My friends name is Kurt and I know him and his family could use your prayers. We know that God answers prayer and the Holy Spirit is there to meet our needs. Comfort is one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
As a grandparent myself I can not imagine losing one of my grandchildren. They are so precious and I covet every moment I have with them. It is difficult because my son and their mother are divorced. But we have them on weekends and during the summer. My 2nd son lives in the valley and we don’t see him and his children as often as I would like. We will have to fix that.
So let’s hold Kurt and his family up in prayer.

A little about “Olde Biker”. As the name implies I have been riding for many years. I currently ride a 2010 FLHXXX Trike. I have been riding for over 55 years and hope to be in the saddle for many more. Due to health issues I can longer ride two wheels, but I refuse to not be in the wind. My wife, Dingbat, road a Road Glide/Lehman Trike for 11 years but she has moved up to a 2010 Tri Glide Ultra Classic so now we are the triking couple.
I no longer ride with Soldiers for Jesus, MC. It was time to lay the colors down and spend more time with the family, especially the grandkids. We have five now with only one grandaughter. Since we never had any girls she is Poopa’s pride and joy.
I will be riding with the local HOG chapter this year when the weather clears. Just gettin too old to ride in the cold anymore. Gettin olde aint for sissys ya know.
